This is a two month workout program designed by Teri and used by Teri as well. Someone who is going to hop into a healthy, strong lifestyle will benefit from purchasing this option. You can choose from two options:

workout club for strength training 3 days per week

or

workout club for strength training 4/5 days per week

This is a progressive overload training program, that can be done from the comfort of your own home or own gym. This program is a commitment and a promise to yourself that your start body on your day 1, will be stronger, tighter and healthier by the end of the 2-month program, IF you remain dedicated and consistent to your program. You will be emailed to download the “trainerize ap,” and this is where you will see your workout assignment, videos demonstrating the exercises, and also where you will be able to communicate with your “club friends” about your workouts. You’ll be able to message me directly and I’ll be able to see your accomplishments and struggles so I can help tailor the program to you and your needs as we go. This community helps empower, encourage, and commiserate with one another as we are all working hard to be our most fit, selves. Begin at anytime, that is convenient for you.
